Jakarta, Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia - Job Function- HSSE/ Building Management- Department- HSSE- Job posted on- Dec 01, 2023- Employee Group- Contract- Experience range (Years)- 0 - 5 years**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Assist in Identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices. - Responsible and enforce Workplace Health Safety Security and Environment Compliance - Review the company’s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement - Conduct or deliver In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for Staff, EPC Contractors and visitors - Perform regular site safety audits and inspection of the Company’s worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance. - Actively conduct risk assessments review and audits and ensure HSSE Compliance - Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities. - Provide HSSE advise, coaching, guidance and mentoring to employees on safety initiative and necessary arrangement - Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO45001, ISO14001 - Assist in reviewing and maintaining HSSE Management System - Implementing and review of SOPs and Safe Work Procedures for Indonesia business unit - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** - Minimum Bachelor degree of Health & Safety, Environment or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. - Must have professional knowledge in Indonesia WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH Safety and Environment) - Law No. 1 of 1970 OSH in Indonesia - Registered Safety Officer with Ministry Of Manpower of Indonesia - Must have the following : Occupational Safety and Health K3 certification | Certified General OSH Expert (AK3 Umum) | Occupational Health and Safety Experts (Ahli K3) | Certified in TKBT TK2 for Work at height Certification | Certified SKM3 Certification (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) | Certified in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 - Experience in Work at height Inspections and Audit - Experience in reviewing Health Safety Security and Environmental documents. - Willing to travel or to be relocated according to projects - HSSE focused and result oriented - Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability - Effective presentation, communication skills and stakeholder engagement - Self-Driven and meticulous individual whom has strong ability to work independently or in a team - Proficient in MS Office
