Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct a risk management cycle that includes risk identification, risk assessment, and ensuring that mitigation action plans are completely implemented. - Responsible for internal audit cycle. - Develop internal audit plan. - Ensure that audit results are reported to management in a complete, accurate, and timely manner. - Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations. - Maintain risk register and fraud register. - Conduct ad hoc reviews/investigations as needed by the business. **Requirements**: - Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification. - At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles. - Have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills. - Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company. - High level of ethics and integrity. - Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships.
