**Qualifications** - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology - At least experience 1-2 years as Developer Lead - Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills - Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution - Effective communication skill with ability to influence - Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance - Know about microservices, messaging, CICD, DevSecOps mechanism, AWS SES, AWS S3 - Know about Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or React JS, Framework Spring Boot, Tech Stack Java, recommend Quarkus - Follow trend on IT things - Willing to work WFO **Education**: - S1 (preferred) **Experience**: - Developer Lead: 1 year (required) - Java: 1 year (required) - Spring Boot: 1 year (required)
