EPS Indonesia on behalf of our client, a renowned international logistic company, is currently hiring for **Country Security Manager**, with the job description as follows. **Key Responsibilities**: This job involves developing and implementing proactive strategies to protect employees and promote a safe workplace philosophy, as well as devising effective measures to minimize the risk of loss, damage, or theft of property by: - Oversee personnel and resources dedicated to operational investigations supporting cases involving theft, property damage, and general crime. - Lead major crime investigations and support security managers from different business units in preparing and coordinating resources. - Stay updated on relevant legislation in Indonesia, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with action plans. - Ensure the professional growth and personal development of team members, manage discipline issues, and maintain the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel to the extent reasonably practicable. - Take responsibility for the inspection and security of all areas operated by the company within each business unit, including conducting random audits of site procedures and staff. - Provide training for security staff, including subcontractors, and implement continuous improvement strategies. - Oversee all aspects of internal CCTV operations, including serviceability and governance. - Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and customers to meet company goals. - Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of action plans. - Engage actively in fostering cooperative achievement of business goals through interactions with customers. - Continuously improve practices and processes to reduce theft throughout the company. - Cultivate friendly working relationships with customers. **Qualifications**: - Previous work in Loss Prevention, Accident Investigation, Security Investigation, and Law Enforcement, preferably in Warehouse and Transport sectors. - Fluent in both written and spoken English. - Owns a car, holds a valid driving license, and can travel on short notice with 24-hour availability. - **Investigation Skills**: Knowledgeable in investigation techniques and procedures. - **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership qualities. - Proficient in MS Office. - Based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Pay: Rp50,000,000 - Rp70,000,000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Jakarta: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred) **Experience**: - Transport & Logistic Security: 6 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
