**Job Hiring Receptionist** **Responsibilities**: 1. Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. 2. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages and transferring calls as needed. 3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients. 4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professionalism and attention to detail. 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and preparing documents as requested. 6. Collaborate with other team members to provide administrative support and ensure efficient workflow across the organization. **Qualifications**: 1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a receptionist capacity. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. 6. Employement Type : Full Time (Shifted) - Jakarta Utara PIK 2. **Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month **Education**: - S1 (preferred) **Experience**: - Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
