Digital Relationship Manager (DigiRM)

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to jointly execute Sales Department annual plan
  • Execute activities within Sales Dept's with the aim of achieving targets in: loan organization, sales productivity, unique borrowers, projects and others as determined by the chief of Sales
  • Cooperating with the Risk Department, Operational Department and other departments to ensure credit and other operational processes can run well and smoothy to achieve the determined business targets with minimum level of risk
  • Maintain regular communication with borrowers to ensure the company continues to get stable business from borrower clients
  • Maintain and monitor the performance and credit quality of the borrower being financed and the necessary actions to improve credit quality and minimize NPL's as well as cooperate with Risk Dept's in handling NPL's

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 years experience in banking or any kind of business financial services (experiencing in banking business sales will be a define advantage)
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with products, operations and relevant policies and procedures

Relationship Manager

Job Description

  • Work closely with Chief Sales Officer and Senior Relationship Manager to jointly execute the Sales Department's annual plan.
  • Execute activities within the Sales Department with the aim of achieving targets in: loan origination, sales productivity, unique borrowers, projects and others as determined by the Chief of Sales.
  • Seek and approach potential new borrowers and explore the possibility of developing further relationships with existing borrowers so that they can achieve the specified business targets with a minimum level of risk.
  • Cooperating with the Risk Department, Operational Department, and other departments to ensure credit and other operational processes can run well and smoothly to achieve the determined business targets with a minimum level of risk.
  • Make proposals and complete credit approval packages in accordance with company policies with complete data and follow applicable internal procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with borrowers to ensure the company continues to get stable business from borrower clients.
  • Maintain and monitor the performance and credit quality of the borrowers being financed and the necessary actions to improve credit quality and minimize NPLs as well as cooperate with the Risk Department in handling NPLs.

Job Requirement

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in SME/Commercial/Corporate Banking as ARM/RM.
  • Having experience in government related project (eKatalog, LPSE) and/or trade finance transaction is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

  • Creating content and repurposing content across platforms and social media channels to build brand familiarity and generate demand.
  • Execute social media marketing channels to increase brand awareness, online leads generation.
  • Support function for UI/UX team to improve user journey on website and mobile application, to increase website and mobile traffic and usage.
  • Event and activations support, especially on digital platform.
  • Engaging in brand awareness, and audience growth through the creation.
  • Visual design creation for seasonal Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEM and etc.

Job Requirement

Credit Analyst

Job Descirption

  • Inspecting and examining borrower’s commercial and legal/ID documents including the completeness.
  • Follow up in completing document to the respective RM/Onboarding Staff.
  • Verify loan underlying documents via phone, and or email.
  • B/S spreading and bank statement netting.
  • Creating credit assessment
  • Review Pefindo score, credit historical and repayment history
  • Credit scoring
  • Requesting field survey if necessary
  • Input several borrower’s data and credit assessment into back office
  • Propose loan to Credit Committee
  • Credit Committee approval monitoring
  • Sending term sheet according to Credit Committee covenant
  • Loan listing after all of requirement is completed
  • Ensure credit insurance process, Jira process, and create report are completed.

Job Requirement

  • University Degree (minimum Bachelor Degree/S1), preferred graduates from Economic majors
  • Preferably having experience in Financial Services
  • Good analytical skill and communication.
  • Able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Credit Manager

Job Description

  • Understands comprehensive credit cycle and risk management framework.
  • Responsible for pre-screening and conduct through analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, risk assessment and mitigation of any credit proposal reviewed.
  • Provide risk assessment / recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk to the Credit Comittee for making credit approval.
  • Make sure that the credit process complies with the policy and regulation.
  • Make sure to process loan application within agreed SLA.
  • Monitoring credit quality, account maintenance and behavior of existing borrower.
  • Responsible to manage portfolio quality and reporting.
  • Together with internal team to review loan products, procedure & policy, system enhancement and partnership / ecosystem.

Job Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in related majors (finance, accounting, or other business-related fields)
  • Min. of 2 years' experience in Banking or other financial industry.
  • Min. of 2 years' experience in any Risk Management area, handling credit underwritings and SME portfolio is preferred.
  • Good analytical skill and familiar with financial and understanding of business, economic, and industry risk.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in English and computer literate. Ms. Office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
