Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Certification or significant experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies) - Min. 3 years experience as IT Manager or similar position. - Proven experience in developing and implementing BCP and DR Plans, network management, security protocols, and data management, ITIL. - Strong background in information technology with a deep understanding of various IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools or APIs. - Proven experience with SAP Business One, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support. - Implementation of best practices and innovations to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction. - Skills in conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to IT system and strong communication skills. - Thorough documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes. - Implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
