We are customer-centric, creative, and solution-oriented, always delivering to our users the top-tier entertainment content they want at competitive prices.If you’re ambitious, bold and ready to take your career to the next level, get in touch! **Responsibilities** - **Zendesk Expertise**: - Proficient in Zendesk. - Set up and configure Zendesk to optimize workflow efficiency for the customer support team. - Provide support and training to team members on Zendesk functionality. - **CS Channel Tools Management**: - Manage and maintain various customer support channel tools, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to CS tools and workflows. - **Help Page Development**: - Develop content to address common user queries, technical issues, and troubleshooting guides. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align help page content with product updates and changes. - Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools to build and enhance help pages. - Ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of help page layouts on various devices. **Requirements**: - Experience with Zendesk is a must. - Proven experience in web development, content creation, and management, with a focus on help pages or technical documentation. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development tools. - Experience working with JSON scripts - Experience working with content management systems (CMS). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
