LandX is an Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) platform licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), which is open to the public to participate in funding startup companies and MSMEs (UMKM) as an investor. We're aiming to help grow the Indonesian economy as well as increasing the financial literacy of Indonesian investors through safe and profitable investment. Currently, we are looking for a talent to fill the following position: **Receptionist** - Greeting visitors; - Handling incoming & outgoing call; - Transferring calls as necessary; - Taking and ensuring messages/ packages/ letters are passed to the related person in time; - Managing meeting room availability; - Coordinating internal and external events; - Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing; - Assisting General Affair in recording and maintaining office expenses; - Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, office supplies, and assets; - Monitoring office services cleaners and maintenance service providers; - Assisting the HR team with onboarding process; - Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area. **Qualifications**: - Female; - Diploma from any major (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply); - Single; - Fluent in speaking English is plus; - Familiar with administration tasks; - Energetic and Friendly; - Good communication and time management skills; - Have a good attitude and teamwork; - Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced and high demanding environment. **Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month **Education**: - D1-D4 (preferred) **Experience**: - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
