Physical Security Enablement Advisor **Job Summary** The Physical Security Enablement Advisor resolves basic security projects, follows routine processes to security enablement adherence within the Data Center. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with the physical security team to develop and implement strategies to enhance our security posture - Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security gaps and develop appropriate mitigation plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine security requirements and successfully implement them - Create and implement training programs to educate employees on effective methods for maintaining physical security - Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and recommend improvements to existing security measures - Oversee security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection - Stay informed about the latest developments and emerging trends in physical security within the industry **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience - Demonstrated expertise in physical security management, preferably in a large-scale organization - Strong knowledge of security technologies, protocols, and procedures - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Meticulous and committed to achieving impeccable outcomes - Ambitious and driven to compete and excel in a challenging industry Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
