**Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the SOC team. - Develop and maintain security monitoring and incident response processes and procedures. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during security incidents. - Provide leadership and guidance to SOC analysts and engineers. - Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations. - Conduct regular security assessments and reviews to identify potential security risks. - Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs. - Prepare and present security reports to senior management. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. - Strong understanding of security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and anti-virus software. - Experience with incident response and handling. - Security monitoring and escalation procedure. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or GCIH are Mandatory. - Expertise in handling daily security monitoring systems, such as: LogRythm, Qradar, and others - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: Up to Rp100,000,000 per month Application Question(s): - How much is your expected salary with us?
