As Layer 1 and Layer 2 for supporting in Maintenance team (On site customer). Partaking in technical design review, integration, product testing, troubleshooting, installation, and problem analysis. As Layer 2, you will responsible for helping L1 Support to provide Analysis, troubleshooting, and solution. Responsible for technical security advisory and solutions. Responsible for technical documentation such as MOP, maintenance documents, and reporting At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field (Cyber Security/Security Engineer/any related field). Have experience in Endpoint Security is preferable. Have knowledge of Network Security Practices and a fundamental understanding of basic network concepts (TCP/IP), standard ports, and protocols. Have knowledge of major operating systems, such as Linux, UNIX, and Windows. Have knowledge of Active Directory and DNS System. Have knowledge of major database platforms like MSSQL. A good working knowledge of various security technologies related to Endpoint Security such as Antivirus, Encryption, and Data Protection. Have a basic knowledge of Network Security of Intrusion Prevention Systems and Web Proxies.
