Job Description: - Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance - Regularly monitor the team's work and provide direction according to responsibilities in each area - Develop and maintain servers, databases and business logic that support functions and features on the used car sales website platform. - Design and implement an efficient API (Application Programming Interface) to ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend, as well as with external parties such as payment systems and other services. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00. - Minimum 6 years of overall work experience and knowledge of backend development & programming. - Have competency in Programming Language (Java, Go, PHP), Java Development Framework (Spring, Symphony), Performance Optimization, Domain Driven Design. - Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and communication skills. - Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
