Job Description: - Directed software development driven by the Golang programming language. Ensure improved system quality, scalability and reliability by implementing best practices in every phase of product development. - Actively collaborate with the development team to lead in the planning, design, and implementation of efficient software architecture, primarily using Golang. Ensure continuous improvement and refinement according to product requirements. - Responsible for in-depth analysis of technical incidents and system performance with a focus on the backend environment using Golang. Coordinate necessary improvement solutions to improve the overall reliability, performance and scalability of the developed system. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree from a major in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00. - Minimum 3 years of overall work experience and knowledge of backend development and programming. - Have competency in Programming Language (Golang), Caching (Golang), Backend Architecture (Golang), Teamwork & Collaboration, Product Roadmapping (Golang), Communication, Problem-solving. - Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. - Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
