It owns coal mining concessions; supplies fuel for mining process; and supports engineered product and manufacturing services for mining activities. The company also offers port management services, which include technical and operational management services for handling, storing, loading and unloading operations; stevedoring and seaport services; warehousing management solutions for storage, inventory management, and distribution; freight management services; transportation management services for large and heavy cargo shipments that are used in mining, oil and gas, power generation, and construction industries; and integrated logistics and material management services. In addition, it provides business management consulting services, including planning and design for development of business management, and rental services; trades in fuel; produces thermal and renewable energy; and engineers, develops, and manufactures heavy equipment attachment and materials handling products. The company was formerly known as PT Adiratna Bani Makmur and changed its name to PT ABM Investama Tbk in August 2009. PT ABM Investama Tbk was founded in 2006 and is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia. PT ABM Investama Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo.
